I took my Honda insight here because the suspension had gone. These guys booked me in the next day - diagnosed the issue, order parts and fitted all on the same day. The guys who work here are friendly and extremely knowledgable. I got in my car and drove for about 5 metres and had to stop and say thank you again because the repair was so amazing! Thank you guys! Great job. Highly recommended!

I immensely believe that this is one of the best of the best Auto Car service centre in the whole of UK and no I haven't been paid to write this review lol. 2024 I bought my wife a BMW E53 X5 4.6is and little did I know the car had major battery drain issue and gearbox issue. I was tricked by the person who sold me the car. The first day the car drove how it should and on the second day I went to start the car, the car didn't start at all and on the dashboard it stated Trans safe mode and battery sgin. I took the car to a few bmw specialists and Auto electricians. I was told that my gearbox was gone and I needed a new gearbox, and the battery drain was due to a faulty light Module. However after repairing these issues, the car was still giving me the same problems. Every garage and mechanic told me different stories, either "this part is gone or that part is gone" however we never got to the bottom of the issues. One and half year past and I couldn't find anyone to resolve these issues. Until I was recommended to Chris at Cardrome. Let me honestly tell you I booked my car with Chris and with in a few days he found my gearbox issues and my battery drain issue. Chris repaired my car and charged me a very reasonable price and the service and the professionalism was above and beyond. He kept me updated throughout the repair process and gave me reassurance. I strongly believe Chris has ample knowledge in the Auto service world. I immensely recommend Chris and his team to anyone who is fed up of going to these so called mechanics. And Chris should always be the first point of contact when it's comes to car issues. Keep up the good work 👏. And much appreciated for your kind service 👍🏼

A quick shout out to Chris at Cardrome, seriously a quality and has a fantastic team at the garage. I broke down close to the garage recently, and a team member from the garage came down on his lunch break to get me going, eventually had to get the car towed to my home address. Chris came down today to my home address and spent approximately an hour going through the issues on the non start, and was able to provisionally diagnose the issue, he explained everything and also broke down things to me, which I must say is a first for a mobile mechanic, a great guy, great mechanic and very highly recommended. cheers matey
