Sky Food Trucks did an amazing job helping create the Coolman Coffee Truck for Art Basel 2024. We brought them a new and challenging project, creating a coffee truck with internal lounge, stairs, rooftop deck and basketball hoop (in 2 weeks!) and they knocked it out the park. The stairs and deck are beautifully built and the entire team is stoked to have such a great vehicle for future events and activations. Thank you so much for putting up with our crazy vision and going above and beyond to bring it to life. We appreciate the effort and look forward to working together again in the future. 🙏

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The team that built my food trailer absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, they listened to every single detail and custom request, and built the trailer I’ve been dreaming about for years. I was nervous at first—putting out that kind of money is a big deal, and trusting someone with a project this important isn’t easy. But they came through and exceeded every expectation. The quality, the communication, the attention to detail—everything was top-tier. At one point, a piece of equipment had an issue. It wasn’t their fault—we’re dealing with machines, and sometimes things happen. What mattered most was how they handled it. Even though they’re based in Miami and I’m in New York, they took full responsibility, honored the warranty, and sent me a brand new one without hesitation. That kind of service is rare and says everything about their integrity. Huge shoutout to Peter and Irene—you two are amazing. I truly wouldn’t recommend anyone else. If you’re thinking about building a food trailer—this is the team you want.

We purchased our truck from Sky over a year ago. Went back in January to do some removing and adding of equipment and are ready to share our experience. We love our truck. It is extremely well built to last with easy to clean surfaces too. Sky has thought of everything. Good storage solutions. Pull out drawer for a generator. Our truck works for us. Other food trucks give us a ton of compliments on our truck. If you are in the market for a truck or trailer, Sky Food is the right company to use. You won’t be disappointed. They work efficiently and fast and the quality is there too. The price was in line with other builders but they gave us so much more. They stand behind their work if you have any issues. I can’t rate them high enough.
