Bad Experience with Ajman Specialty Hospital Laboratory I had a very disappointing experience with the Ajman Specialty Hospital laboratory. I did my test on the 30th of September, and the doctor told me the results would take around 2 to 3 days. When I gave my sample at the lab, they said it would take 3 to 4 days. I waited patiently, even though I was in a lot of pain and the painkillers weren’t helping. After several failed attempts to reach the lab through customer service, I went to the hospital myself. To my surprise, they told me the results take around 7 days. When I asked how that’s possible, the staff member checked something and then said it actually takes 8 to 9 days! This is unacceptable. There’s a complete lack of respect for patients and for the timeframes they are promised. I’m sick, in pain, and still don’t have my results. This was a terrible experience — I’ll be taking my tests and going to another hospital.
