⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) We have been loyal customers of **Miracle Software** for over 25 years, even using it under different firm names. Sadly, our recent experience has been extremely disappointing. The **after-sales service has deteriorated**, and the **attitude of the support team** is unacceptable. The software changes were made without proper support or guidance, and genuine customer suggestions are not only ignored but seem to get you removed from WhatsApp groups and even online services! We were **told to only contact them via email** — despite paying in full, we are not receiving the support we deserve. It feels like **customer feedback is not understood or respected** anymore. If AK Soft cannot handle its existing customers due to overload, then **they should stop onboarding new clients** instead of giving poor service. It’s sad to say, but we’ve decided to shift to another vendor due to repeated negligence and lack of support. **Customers are not here to beg for service after paying.** We expected better from a company we trusted for decades. **Please beware before choosing AK Soft Dealer of Miracle.** Understand your customer pain points first — or risk losing long-standing clients like us.
