I had a cord rust a snap, the counter weight ruined a few pieces and wouldn't shut. Akal Garage doors came fast, did a fantastic job repair each part leveled it and even lubed all the parts for a smooth open and closed. He was very professional and finished super fast approximately 30 mins. Him and his assistant were super nice and explained quickly the issue and got it done. As you can see from the pictures provided, the bottom two panels of my garage door were severely damaged and bent after being hit by a car. After consulting with a few other garage door companies and installers, we were repeatedly told that the only solution would be to replace both panels entirely, which would not only cost us a significant amount of money but also take over a week to complete. This was the professional opinion we received from multiple companies. Thankfully, we came across Akal Garage Doors and spoke with Avneet, who was incredibly responsive and came by the very next day. To our surprise and relief, Avneet assured us that the door did not need to be replaced and could, in fact, be fully repaired. He completed the entire repair in under two hours, and when he was done, the garage door looked brand new — as if the damage had never even happened. WOW! Was I impressed with the young man who had taken my call after we'd had some work done on our garage pad which left a less than desirable gap between the door and the pad. He was out with a couple of hours and found a solution to filling in the gap. If the service for something like this was as great as it was, I can only imagine their installation would be exceptional. Avi, thank you so much for everything. Will call you again should I need any more work done for that door.
