I liked their equipment. However, I had to move to a new apartment far from this gym, so I called twice to cancel my membership. I was told that the only way to cancel was either by going to their office in person or by sending a physical letter through the mail. In today’s world, where most people manage everything online and work remotely, it is unreasonable and inconvenient to impose such outdated requirements for a simple cancellation process. It has now been more than two months since I last used the gym, yet they continue to charge me. Over this period, they have charged my card more than $100.

Good gym! Clean, good price, machines are actually really nice and there's 4 squat racks. Its pretty packed if you go from 5pm to 7-8ish, but if you go before or after you're good!

Says there's a sauna at the location but there actually isn't. When I signed up I was told I could have a free shirt and turns out they didn't have. I guess for the price not bad but I would have actually liked to have access to the perks im paying for.

Stay away from this gym. Machines are always out of order. Plus, it is not a friendly place for women. They are always telling them that their clothes are inappropriate. But they never say anything to men, even to the ones that clearly never shower.
