Went to Chicago for a 48 hour trip. While there we went to AKIRA at block 37. Great customer service from Maritza from the time we walked in until we left. Her energy is amazing and welcomes you as soon as you step in the store. I somehow left my phone in the dressing room and flew back home. She did everything in her power to help me. I’ll be a customer of hers for life and will travel back to Chicago soon and make it my business to shop AKIRA!!!! Thanks again Maritza!!!!

The staff at this location were amazing! I needed help finding a birthday dress last week. Both Journae (please forgive me if I misspelled I’m going off of sound) and Skylar were so attentive even looking for options in the store based on my request. I ended up with a beautiful blue halter dress that I am still in awe of. Thank you both so much your help really made my birthday look come together!

Had an amazing experience with CiCi!! She helped me put together a fire look for a last minute event!! She was able to pin point my needs and meet my expectations. She listened to when I wasn't a fan of a specific shirt for the skirt combo and grabbed 2 great options after hearing I wanted to go more sexy with the look. I'm looking forward to shopping with her again

I went into a fitting room on my own because I was unaware that the staff needs to get one for you. I have never been to this store before and made an incorrect assumption. While I was changing one of the male employees stopped me while I was literally still in my underwear and opened the curtain and passively aggressively started grabbing all the clothes in my room. I understand that I made I mistake but I just feel like he should’ve had the decency to let me put my clothes back on and leave the room he had set up. It felt really mean, uncomfortable and unnecessary.

AKIRA is a women's clothing store.
