I would give this dental office a zero if I could. This is by far the worst place I have ever taken my kids to. If you can get them to answer the phones or call you back to schedule an appointment, you’ll regret it as soon as you walk in to the office. The staff are usually unpleasant and annoyed with everyone that makes them do their job. You’ll wait over an hour, sometimes two hours past your appointment time. They are known to reschedule patients appointments but not tell the patient! So when you take off work to bring your kid in, be prepared to be told you wasted your time and it is in fact NOT their fault. Don’t expect apologies. It was your fault for not being telepathic. The doctors are okay, not very personable, nothing really to write home about. All in all I’d give this place a -20.

Really great experience , my daughter needed two extractions and a couple of caps. They were so friendly and made sure to explain things to me and my daughter without causing her too much panic because this was her first time going. So grateful for their team from the receptionists to the anesthesiologist, everyone was so kind and helpful as this was our first experience together, and it will leave a lifetime memory for my daughter and I. She’s no longer afraid of the dentist!! I look forward to continue doing business with them!

The anesthesiologist was great but unfortunately that was our only good experience. Our appointment was for 9:30 but my daughter didn’t go back until 11:10. An hour later they took me back to her after waking her up. I asked the nurse how many caps were replaced but she didn’t know anything since she was part of the anesthesia team. After getting home I noticed her lip was swelling and looked inside her mouth and she had a chunk taken out of the inside of her lip, and no she didn’t bite herself. No one told me that there was any issues let alone an accident as big as this. Thankfully her pediatrician was able to see the next morning to prescribed antibiotics. At no point did the dentist actually talk to me. The whole experience was unprofessional and we will be finding a different dentist, the only reason we went back was no other dentist would work on her teeth since it was another dentists work.

I've been been a few times for dental appointments for my kids, and yesterday my son had a dental surgery appointment at 12:30 and I called 1 hour before hand to ensure that I was still good to come in at 12:30 because I had gotten a text saying to give them a call to make sure there wasn't any delays, they said come in at 12:30! So I came in and checked in at 12:20, we sat there until 2pm and still wasn't seen, because the " Dr was the only one in the office to do the surgery's, so he was behind". This has happened on multiple occasions and I just don't understand why they overbook or just simple have no staff working?
