I have had an issue with my lg cinebeam cube projector after a software upgrade .I had contacted lg and lg gave me the number to almoe solutions. The location is isolated in terms of your living elsewhere and don't have a car. Best to use a taxi or you have to make a 15 to 20 min walk to reach the location.the staff are well supportive and technician's look like they are equipped with all the bells and whistles . I am still waiting for an update on my repair .

Worst company to deal with. Tried to find LFP Epson printers, they are mentioned as Dubai authorized partners on epson website, but they transferred my call 4(!) times within the departments to figure out with whom I can speak. Had to reject the call and any potential partnership when I was offered to call myself to someone who can help me.
