Customer experiences

I recently visited [Al Bada’a Healthcare Center ] with my son, and I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience we had. Dr. Dina treated my son with such kindness, patience, and motherly care that immediately put him at ease. Visiting the dentist can often be stressful for children, but thanks to Dr. Dina’s gentle approach and professionalism, my son felt comfortable and safe throughout the treatment. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the staff was welcoming and supportive. I really appreciate the time Dr. Dina took to explain everything clearly and to make sure both my son and I felt reassured. Thank you, Dr. Dina, and all the staff for going above and beyond.

If I could give a rating higher than 5/5, I would do it without hesitation. The service and the welcome were truly excellent. I would like to thank the lady at the reception who was patient and explained everything to me very clearly. Thank you again.

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Luna, I am from Argentina, and I need to receive one dose of the tetanus vaccine. I also need a vaccination certificate after receiving it. I do not have an Emirates ID, but I do have my passport with me. Could you please let me know: • When can I come to get the vaccine? • What is the cost? Thank you in advance. Kind regards, Luna

Review: I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was unwelcoming and unprofessional. She displayed a visibly arrogant attitude, asking for unnecessary information and making me feel as though she was playing a power game. Although I was eventually allowed to enter, it was clear they were trying to make me feel powerless and unwelcome. The nurse sent me to the doctor without taking my son’s weight or height. During the consultation, the doctor openly scolded the assistant over the phone in my presence, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. What shocked me even more was the doctor’s own behavior. Despite me repeatedly asking him to please check on my son who was clearly unwell and weak he refused to proceed without a birth certificate. I had arrived in an emergency situation, worried about my child’s health, and I did not think to bring that document at that moment. I had already paid for the consultation, yet I was asked to leave without any medical help being given to my son. This experience left me deeply shaken and distressed. I would not recommend this healthcare facility to anyone, especially not for pediatric care. The entire interaction from the reception to the medical staff was unprofessional and lacking basic empathy. I have since taken my child to Medcare Women & Children Hospital, where I was treated with kindness, understanding, and professionalism as every patient deserves.

Al Bada'a Health Center is a hospital.
