I have never experienced such care and forethought at a pharmacy. I was recommended to visit this pharmacy by my sister, and I’m glad I did! The manager made switching pharmacies as easy as 1…2..3. On top of the customer services they let me know that my perceptions once filled would be delivered to my door!!! Definitely recommend, the staff is such a treat.

I’m not from the New Brunswick area, but during a recent visit, I found myself in a bit of a stressful situation. I needed urgent help filling a prescription that my usual pharmacy back home had issues processing, and I was really at a loss for what to do. I walked into Al Excellence Pharmacy hoping for the best—and I got way more than I expected. The staff welcomed me like I was a regular. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. One of the pharmacists took the time to call my home pharmacy, clarify the confusion, and make sure I left with everything I needed. They didn’t rush me or make me feel like a burden—in fact, it felt like they actually cared about my wellbeing. I’ve never felt this level of trust and support from any pharmacy, even the ones I’ve used for years. Al Excellence Pharmacy went above and beyond for someone they may never see again, and that says everything about their integrity and professionalism. If I lived in New Brunswick, this would be my go-to pharmacy, no question. Highly recommend to anyone in the area—or even just passing through like I was.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to share my experience with Al Excellence Pharmacy in New Brunswick. I came in last month with a prescription that my old pharmacy said would take over a week to fill due to “insurance issues.” I figured I’d try somewhere new and stopped by Al Excellence. Not only did they sort everything out with my insurance in less than 15 minutes, but they also explained what was really going on — turns out my previous pharmacy never even submitted the claim properly. The pharmacist at Al Excellence took the time to walk me through the coverage and even called my doctor to confirm the correct dosage just to be safe. It’s rare to find a place that treats you like a person instead of just another number. Now I finally have a pharmacy that actually cares about me and my health — honest, efficient, and genuinely kind people. Highly recommend them to anyone tired of getting the runaround.

I live in Canada and was just visiting East Brunswick when I stopped by Al Excellence Pharmacy — and wow, I was seriously impressed. The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely caring. The staff took their time to help me out like I was a regular, not just a visitor. I honestly wish we had a pharmacy like this back home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Al Excellence lives up to its name and then some!
