I would like to thank Zahra Ali, Manal Eissa, and Dr. Aaesha Al Hamad for their outstanding support. Although the online booking system was not working properly, they stepped in, handled everything manually, and made sure my vaccination was finalized without issues. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care truly stood out. In a world where everything feels automated, it was reassuring to meet people who actually care about the patient experience. I am very grateful for their help and dedication.

I would like to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by Nurse on duty in Room M03, around 4pm to 5pm during our recent visit on August 25, 2025 for babies vaccination. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive—not only towards us as parents but even towards our baby, who is six months old. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a pediatric setting where empathy and care are expected. In addition, she incorrectly recorded the vaccination date. We received the vaccine on 25/08/2025, but she wrote 25/05/2025 in our child’s vaccine record. This mistake created confusion when we later visited our pediatrician. We also had an appointment scheduled for 4:10 PM, but were not called in until 5:00 PM. This delay was not due to high patient load but because she was on the phone and walking around, showing no urgency or respect for our time. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and handled appropriately to prevent similar experiences for other parents.

Exceeded my expectations! 🤩 This was my first time experiencing such amazing medical service at a government hospital. Dr. Suha Abd El Aziz took her time with my grandmother — she carefully reviewed her medical history, made sure to understand her case thoroughly, and then carried out a proper physical examination. I know this might sound like the bare minimum of what doctors *should* do, but honestly, we've been to so many appointments where doctors barely even touched her — just scanned her with their eyes 🤣 I even asked if I could come to her for my own treatment, but sadly she’s specialized in elderly patients over 60 🥲 Very proud to have such a passionate and high-caliber doctor working in the government sector. I only wish we had been referred to Dr. Suha years ago!
