I am shocked that this is considered a 5-star hotel and that the reviews are so positive. I’d consider it 3 stars at best. We upgraded to the junior suite and it was nothing special, just had a small living space in between the bedroom and bathroom. We only got two bath towels and one hand towel, nothing extra. Never been to a hotel with such few towels. The hot water ran out within 2 minutes of showering. There are no outlets in the bathroom except for the shavers only one on the hair dryer, so if you plan to style your hair or use anything electric in the bathroom, you will not be able to. We were only here for about 26 hours so we didn’t meet too many staff but no one stood out as being particularly friendly. This felt like a very random part of town for our first time to Doha and our tour guide told us this is not the place for first time tourists to stay he even insisted on taking us into the city which we appreciated because we were finally able to see the glitz and glam associated with the Middle East which did not exist in the hotel. It’s also very hard for taxis to find the hotel. We got dropped off by our taxi from the airport at 2am in the middle of the market with the hotel nowhere to be seen. Fortunately security guards found us and guided us to the right place. Overall, this hotel felt very overpriced for the value received and I would not stay in this hotel or this neighborhood again.

Wonderful Hotel so close to a beach and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was everything you could want for and more. The staff were all outstanding, polite, friendly and very helpful, in particular Salim in reception and Omar, both were so courtesy and attentive. In fact the staff in the breakfast restaurant. Security team and housekeeping are all professional and polite and deserve medals! Well done to all the hotel staff for making mine and my daughters stay so welcoming.

Nice stay during Eid. Beautiful hotel in Souq Al Wakra near beach. Very good staff and amazing service from them. delicious food and spa treatment was super. Very welcoming staff. Our stay was fabulous and everything was fantastic. thanks to all staff .

We visited for 10 days and stayed in this wonderful hotel. The rooms are very modern and well-furnished. The swimming pool area is beautiful, and the pool water is pleasantly warm. The entire hotel complex is stunning, and the breakfast is plentiful and very good. The location next to the Souq is excellent. By taxi, you can reach the Al Wakra metro station in just a few minutes. However, the best part was the staff, who fulfilled every request immediately. A shared visit to the hotel’s beautiful restaurant was a perfect way to conclude our stay. I can highly recommend this hotel to all tourists.
