Œ⭐☆☆☆☆ – Deeply Disappointed and Frustrated If I could give ÂŒ of a star, I would. My experience at Tim Hortons (4595 Tomken Rd, Mississauga) on August 8th around 8:30 AM was one of the most frustrating I’ve had at any fast food location. I ordered two Loaded Sausage Breakfast Boxes through the drive-thru. The service was rushed and careless right from the start. The staff member at the window didn’t even wait until my food was in my hands before saying, “Thanks for coming” and calling out “Next!” as if I was an inconvenience. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of me. Then, 10 minutes down the road, my wife opened the boxes — and both were missing the sausage. Just eggs and hash browns. For something labeled as Loaded Sausage, that’s completely unacceptable. We had to drive all the way back, wasting our time and energy, just to get what we originally paid for. When I returned and told them about my issue, The staff’s response? A shrug and, “That’s what was entered in the system.” No sense of responsibility. She simply added the sausage and walked away like nothing happened. No correction. No concern. No accountability. What really upset me wasn’t just the mistake — it was the complete lack of ownership or care. No one acknowledged the inconvenience. No one took the time to correct the root of the problem. The staff who took the order were still smiling and chatting like nothing had happened, as if errors like this were normal and not worth taking seriously. This experience left a bad taste — not because of the food, but because of how little effort was made to provide even basic customer service. I’m not asking for anything free. I just expect respect, accountability, and accuracy. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority at this location. If you can’t get a simple breakfast order right, and you treat customers like they’re disposable, what does that say about your training and management? This location doesn’t deserve a full star. ÂŒ star, if that was possible. If you ever visit this branch, check your order before leaving — or be prepared to waste your time fixing their mistakes.I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you do go here, triple-check your order before driving off, because once you’re gone, you’re on your own.

I ordered large ice cap had plastic ring from the lid cup in my drink of ice cap very terrible and I deserve year worth of free Tim Hortons from the incompetent and unprofessional very rude customer service from not being friendly as well. You need more training and more educational system for your workers to treat the customers respectful and greetings with honor without rudeness and impoliteness is unacceptable and very disrespectful. Your location needs better guidance for education on customer service and product control without causing problems please and thank you.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru today. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even then, it wasn’t prepared correctly. No apology, no courtesy – just a rushed and careless attitude. I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but this visit was frustrating. Definitely not what I expect from a place known for good coffee and service. I got cold tea like water instead of hot and i said extra chipotle in everything bagel but i got nothing i m gonna attach photo with it Please work on morning staff

It was worst experience to get bagel and coffee here, The all staff they hired only for Drive thru ,I was in hurry so I walk in but unfortunately all are busy in preparing order for the customers who are in their cars . I parked my car and walk in, they should give priority to the customer present at counter . I waited around 7 mins and than they give me my burnt bagel and a coffee only. Will try to never passby this location. Ver disappointed 😞
