The staff is not so friendly, try to push you to shop. However if i can compare, here quite pricy than you can buy at other market.

On sunday 24th November 2024, I visited your shop to purchase dates and nuts. While shopping, I was unfortunately mistreated by an employee named Mr. Noufal. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, which greatly affected my experience. Mr Nofal was very rude and arrogant and refused to assist, also he mentioned inappropriate comments to me as i asked him about the products displayed there. He is very unethical and gives poor customer service. As a customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism when shopping, especially at a reputable store like Al Raiqa. Mr. Noafel's actions have left me very dissatisfied with my visit. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior does not occur in the future. I believe this will help maintain the high standards of customer service that your store is known for. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue or If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will be forced to escalate the issue to the relevant authorities, including the UAE's Baladiya (municipal authorities).
