It was a great experience using Al Usood cargo services, especially with Mr sajeesh who coordinates very well.I really appreciate his dedication and passion in his workmanship,especially in following up the cargo consignments and updating customers the exact status. His positive attitude and willingness to go an extra mile for his customers very well appreciated. I was so pleased with the services as the items were extremely sensitive and fragile, I was little skeptical about how they would handle it , but I was surprised wen I received my items, everything was well packed according to their nature.All items reached me without any damage in immaculate condition.I highly recommend their services if you are planning to ship anything large or medium scale, they know their job really well and their quality is much above the industry standards.

The overconfidence by Al Usood’s on-site packing team and the claims of decades of experience of perfect deliveries fell short when remote controls of sound bar went missing, wooden furniture arrived chipped and damaged, plastic and metal items deformed and twisted, crystal glasses, mirrors, souvenirs cracked and shattered, microwave oven’s legs broken, and even Samsonite suitcases arrived with broken handles and wheels, despite being put inside the Jumbo boxes, evidently due to poor packaging to save on thermocole, bubble wrap, and cardboard, despite paying Al Usood’s full invoiced amount in advance. Total loss suffered to replace or repair items has been in the range of AED 2,767 with no response, no offer of compensation, not even an apology from Al Usood Freight (Packers and Movers), Abu Dhabi, UAE. Trust this review will persuade Al Usood to improve packing techniques, take diligent care during transit and delivery, and in providing prompt and logical replies / compensation by Al Usood’s customer care teams.

When i was leaving Abu Dhabi in Jul 2024 for good i thought Al Usood Cargo that has been in UAE for such a long time is a name to be trusted. The number of items and the value of it that was received damaged, dented is innumerable. I have lost words to say. Avoid them. They are not fit to ship your valuables without breaking or damaging. Unless its really strong and unbreakable. Numerous light fittings, glass table tops, damaged holders with bulb intact on them, expensive lamp shades, holders etc etc. they haven’t even replied to my message. Why is my review of them so late is coz all the items were for my new house which was getting finished. And so opening the boxes just to find them broken was heartbreaking.
