Mr. Sajimon, Proprietor of Aakash Builders, has been excellent in completion of my individual house at Arasankalani. He spends ample time with the customers to draft the Building Plan. I myself have spent 8-12 hours with Mr. Sajimon in just drafting the plan to suit my needs, vasthu & budget, amidst his busy calendar and direct access to the owner during construction makes this firm a customer-centric contractor. He does not compromise on Quality. His team(Supervisors Mr. Fernandez & Mr. Lucas & Admin head Mr. Raghu) is very patient in listening to our minute needs and ensuring that those are met. They take care of all the Government Approvals that are needed and one would feel that you have purchased a fully built villa which is ready to move in(though it is built from scratch). Their execution speed is very high and many in my colony have given this feedback. Further, their flexibility to changes that customer proposes during construction is very heartening. Last but not the least, their entire team takes pride in their work. Wish them all the best for future projects.
