Excellent company, we’ve been customers for over 20 years. Always on time and very professional. Even if you forget they are coming, you get a polite note on the door to call and reschedule. A big thank you to Lisa. She’s the best! We recently sold our house and Lisa handled the termite transfer and got everything done with one call. She went above and Beyond When the lender couldn’t find the paperwork work. She handled it! Sent them another copy and let them know the exact times and dates they got the originals, then let me know it was done within 30 minutes. This girl knows her stuff!

Lisa is the bomb! She is very helpful and works hard to make sure customers are happy and satisfied. I’ve used this service for 20 years and have been happy, but Lisa goes above and beyond. Call her and you won’t be disappointed.

HUGE shout out to Lisa Seales and Alan Cagle! Lisa handles the office very efficiently and is quick to respond with any information needed and always has a pleasant attitude! She KNOWS her stuff! I will NOT speak to anyone in the office but Lisa! She has always taken care of me and what she says she honors! Alan is the BEST service rep ever! He is always on time with our inspection appointments, always calls or sends a text when he's on his way and does a thorough inspection every time he comes to inspect our termite traps. I will NOT let anyone else do my 3 structures except Alan! Lisa and Alan are the only reason I continue services with AL Pest Control - I trust them both completely!
