Sucena HardyDO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE THAT REQUIRES DELIVERY!!!!!!! Delivery guys said they were on the way day of delivery, then called back lying saying the driver had an emergency and can delivery in 4 days. They come back 4 days past my delivery date and LEAVE THE FREAKIN REFRIGERATOR OUTSIDE because they didn’t have the tools to remove doors to get it in house. The refrigerator stayed outdoors for 4 days!! At this point I no longer wanted the appliance I paid $2,800 for. I reached out to the store and Assistant manager Mark told me this happens all the time with delivery. They cancel deliveries and move whenever they want to. Store manager Tre was suppose to reach out to me and escalate the issue with district manager but he never did. Other people have also complained about Home Depot’s sorry delivery guys and had bad experiences with mismanagement of appliances . These products cost WAY too much to not receive the customer service that is deserved. Just go to Lowe’s or some other place for appliances!!!
IQ QuesadaThe guys at the paint kiosk need customer service skills training!!! All i needed was a key copy. I ended up doing it by myself... oh well... I haven't tried the key yet.. to be continued.
Areej Sindatok5 stars solely because of my experience with Sheila and Wendell at the paint department. I had a gallon of paint that I bought yesterday, aiming for a dark jewel green. It dried into a more blue color that I was unsatisfied with. Called earlier today if I could get it tinted more, and the person on the phone was very helpful. Met with Sheila at the counter, who has a wonderful personality. She helped me fix my paint, showed me how they do the paints, and kept good company while still helping other customers. Wendell was also great in delivering advice on how to get my preferred color, checking in on our progress. Satisfied with my paint and satisfied by the service! Lowes could never!
