We connected with Alair Homes with the hope of building our dream home—and from our very first meeting with David and later with Jason, we knew we were in the right hands. Their communication was fantastic, and they truly brought our vision to life. We never once worried about the team following through; in fact, they consistently went above and beyond to assist with any challenges that arose. No project is ever perfect, but with Alair’s guidance, the entire process felt remarkably smooth. Our project manager, Taylor, deserves special recognition. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He kept us updated every step of the way, listened to our concerns, and always came to us with thoughtful, practical solutions. We also had the pleasure of working with David, Jason, and Andrew—each of them professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in our home. Building a custom home is a major undertaking, and choosing the right builder is everything. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Alair Homes - Aurora Newmarket and would gladly work with them again on any future project. They made our dream home a reality.

We had some serious issues with our home that required immediate attention. Alair Newmarket/Aurora came to our rescue and did not disappoint. Meeting with David and Jason was the first step to handing over our project with confidence. I don’t think I would trust another builder as much as I did Alair. They are honest, transparent and more than understanding. What we thought were some renovations turned into a new custom home as they walked us through our house showing us what was happening and why it couldn’t be saved. They were completely empathetic to our situation and allowed us to find other opinions. We decided Alair was the perfect fit for our job. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

We worked with Alair Aurora/Newmarket on a complete home renovation on an older home in 2021/2022. Two major things we were looking for in a renovation company were for us to be able to have control over everything we chose for the house and that they prioritized customer satisfaction. Alair checked both of these boxes and we couldn’t have been happier with the result! We completely remodelled two floors of the house, including a full kitchen reno (taking down a wall), two bathrooms as well as flooring and all the finishes. We installed a gas line for the stove and we’re able to vent the stove outside. The companies Alair worked with for finishes were just as great. We worked with a great flooring company (who were able to customize the stairs exactly as I liked) and a wonderful kitchen company who was able to put my dream kitchen into place. Having Alair with us to coordinate all of these different vendors on a timeline that worked for us was exactly what we needed. Jason and David were great to work with! We had two project managers throughout the process. Both were very thorough in their communication and updates of the project. I loved that I had a weekly update on the project. A couple of things have popped up since the project ended and Alair was prompt in having someone come to fix it. Overall an enjoyable experience!
