We had the opportunity of working with Luca on one of his projects in Burlington. Luca kept the whole project transparent with good coordination between the trades & the customer that ensured smooth & timely completion of the project to the satisfaction of the customer. Alair Homes renovated a lower level of the house, removed a load baring wall and relocated a bathroom. The whole job was done well, and in timely fashion. Everything was approved by the city inspector with no issues. Great customers service, Luca followed up with the smallest requests and purchases. Crew always kept the site clean and tidy. Loved that i could see all the invoices before approving anything. Great job.

Alair Homes took on our main floor renovation which was a major reno, after trying to even find a contractor to get involved with this reno. Mark at Alair was the only contractor to give us a real estimate, with timelines, options and ways to cut down certain costs. Working with Alair has been extremely co operative and transparent with this whole project! I would highly recommend this team to everyone taking on a renovation project big or small. Looking forward to working with Alair Homes for further renovations on this house!
