Keyway Construction and Roofing was recommended to me by a colleague who also had a great experience. They quickly took care of a wood rot issue we had at the front door by removing the existing wood and replacing all with PVC, painting, and installing a new doorbell. I found pricing to be competitive from what others quoted and reasonable enough that I did not feel compelled to take it on myself! We will definitely use them again!

We are pleased with how Keyway Construction & Roofing repaired many of our home’s window frames that had wood rot and addressed water damage resulting from missing roof flashing, which required repairs to both the inside and outside of our house. Additionally, they removed a door, updated the framing, and installed a new window in our great room. The owner, Bill, kept us informed about all the details regarding the repairs and the completion date as the job progressed. The crew members are professional and work efficiently. I would highly recommend Keyway Construction & Roofing. In fact, I have just hired Keyway again for another job.
