Kevin & his team, with Project Manager Bill Karl at Alair built my dream home in Collingwood. They were knowledgeable, able to work through lot size constraints, and very available throughout to discuss progress and pivot where necessary. They have a large network of sub-trades to ensure the project progressed and we did not experience the trade delays I've heard horror stories from others about. Upon completion, they've been fantastic, working with us to ensure the punch list gets addressed promptly. I would definitely recommend Kevin/Alair Collingwood.
