I have been suffering knee pain for several years. I have been treated by two other physiotherapy clinics - which didn’t bring any relief. Feeling a little desperate, I decided to give Alberta Injury Management a try. Faith and Annice have taken a radically different approach which appears to be working! Each visit brings longer relief from the debilitating pain I have experienced for so long. My sense is that both Faith and Annice truly care about me and my road to recovery. This in itself is encouraging. I recommend Alberta Injury Management to anyone experiencing chronic pain. Another thing I love about this clinic is the obvious camaraderie of the staff. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly, while remaining professional at all times.

I came to this clinic after multiple clinics and physiotherapist. Nothing against the other places ive been. Faith and her team have listened to me , my concerns, my issues and limitations. They have also provided a fantastic experience and amazing service with the ongoing injury I have. Only been a few weeks but starting to see some improvement on my range or motion for my shoulder. Thank you to Faith, Annice ( hope i spelled that correct) and the entire team here

I had an extremely troubling experience at this clinic that raises serious concerns about how it is being run. During my visit, I received treatment without my consent or knowledge from a young, visibly nervous and confused individual from the Philippines. She was operating equipment and attempting to demonstrate neck stretches, but it was very clear she lacked proper training and confidence. I had initially booked an appointment with Faith Grant, the registered physiotherapist and operator of the clinic. However, not only was I left sitting in a room for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but I was also not informed that someone else – who did not identify her position or credentials – would be providing care. For two weeks, I emailed Faith Grant requesting clarification about who treated me. Instead of a proper explanation, I was sent a photocopy of a certificate from the Philippines. No information was provided regarding this individual’s current qualifications or registration status in Alberta. It is important to note that there was no one else present in the clinic at the time, and this individual is not registered in Alberta as either a physiotherapist or physiotherapy assistant. This is highly concerning, as patients have a right to know who is treating them and whether they are properly trained and legally allowed to do so. This lack of transparency and professional accountability is deeply alarming. Patients deserve safe, ethical, and properly supervised care. If you are considering visiting this clinic or purchasing any of their products, I urge you to think twice. Faith Grant’s conduct was not only unprofessional – it was dishonest and potentially dangerous. Annice the Osteopath is amazing amd absolutely wonderful, The massage therapist is pleasant, its really disturbing that Faith Grant is very condescending and mistreated her staff on many occasions she left while treating me to publicly scold the young lady who is the massage therapist and then enter back into the room, to tell me its hard to find good help. I became very concerned for how the staff is treated when the office was full of patients and she asked the massage therapist loudly " how long was there appointment " Faith said appointments are only 1 hour , and the massage therapist responded they have alot of issues, Faith responded loudly " so your going to massage for 2 hours because they have problems. Faith demonstrated she is not a leader and publicly scolded her staff member. Not once but several times when I was in the office.. Please exercise caution before seeking treatment here in this office, These issues are currently being investigated at the college and seeking treatment at this clinic needs to be considered carefully.
