I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Our family had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Donna Chui as my dog entered her senior years. Throughout the years, Dr. Chui has consistently gone above and beyond in caring for her. Yesterday, we unfortunately had to say goodbye to our dog. This is one of the hardest days and appointments for any pet parent. However, the team at Yonge Sheppard Animal Hospital made us feel as comfortable as possible for this procedure, ensuring the lighting was soft, giving us all the time we needed to say goodbye, and offering us complimentary paw prints and small snippets of my dog’s hair. Everyone, from the reception staff to the technicians and physicians at this clinic, has consistently exceeded our expectations at every single appointment and interaction. I’m so grateful that I found this clinic through Google, and we became Dr. Chui’s patients. She is one person who was meant to be a veterinarian, with her immense knowledge, patience, and kindness.

My fiance and I had a great experience, so did our cat, Naala. Everyone that we met were so sweet, patient and informative. They treated Naala so well that she got comfortable enough to lie down and she was very calm. We are very happy we found this place and look forward to our future together.

The staff here is absolutely outstanding. They are consistently professional and kind. I haven’t always been the easiest client at times and I regret it. My dog had a very rough year and it was difficult to navigate going through it but they were so supportive, attentive and recommended fantastic specialists that have helped my dog. I also bring my cat here and luckily she has been in good health. I can’t recommend a better veterinary. They truly care about the animals and are very compassionate.
