My second time here and they didn’t disappoint. And they had the perfect colour to cheer on the Blue Jays!!! Today added a half leg wax and it was perfect. A great leg day!! The salon is clean and all staff are friendly.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I booked an appointment for a creamy yellow French tip with polka dots in a pointy almond shape. I even brought photos for both the design and shape. Unfortunately, the result was not what I asked for… the nails were wider, the design didn’t match, and the colours were wrong. During the appointment, when I gave feedback about the colour, shape, length and how high I like my french tip, I was told my chosen design “wouldn’t look good,” even though it was something I’d worn before (I chose this design because it was simple and it was my first time at this salon). In the end, I paid $130 for nails I wasn’t happy with (even though I vocalized it). Worse, water began seeping into the nails shortly after, which could lead to nail fungus. I had to remove them myself since I was unable to come back due to being sent to the ER for unrelated health reasons. I reached out privately to share feedback and was initially told I could come back, but then I was left on read and never given a proper resolution. I don’t usually post reviews, but this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected quality work and professional customer service, and I didn’t receive either. I added reference photos of how my nails turned out as well as the reference photo I showed.

Brilliant service. From booking to front desk staff. Lots of Skilled nail technicians in the salon. Andy was especially brilliant over the times I have done my nails now and he totally gets what I need without even explaining long. I have had my pedicure done and the attention on my feet is beautiful. Those massages are everything to a working mum. Thanks you. Ola.
