I initially hired this law firm to oversee a transfer of a business, and i have to say it was a huge waste of time and effort trying to work with this firm. I had no technical expertise on how to transfer a business, and this firm seemed like they expected me to know how to do everything. I spent 5 months working with them and received documentation 3 separate times that had significant errors even after I specified what I wanted over email. I was getting the impression the lawyer who drafted the documents didn't read any of the email communications I sent. They also didn't answer any clarifying questions and continued to produce documentation that was completely wrong over and over again. They had requested a total of $5000 from me and hadn't produced a single piece of correct or usable documentation. If i was expected to hire separate counsel to review all documentation for accuracy before presenting it to this firm I would have appreciated knowing this in advance and choosing another business.

Really let down by these guys. I had some small business headaches that needed fixing, but they didn't do a thing about it. Ended up going to a different lawyer who sorted it out in just two weeks. They kept saying it wasn't worth the $5000 hassle, but the new lawyer fixed it right away.
