I have purchased from other Leon’s locations in the past. This was my first time buying at the Truro location. The customer service here has been absolutely fantastic. My couch was delivered and had some ripples in the material. I reached out and Brooke was very helpful she followed up with me and she had their tech Tony come to fix it. He went above and beyond and said he wanted to tighten the material on the back too even though I didn’t ask for that. He was so wonderful and you could tell he was extremely knowledgeable with upholstering. I will be back again when I’m in the market for other furnishings and will definitely recommend this store to others!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The delivery was right on schedule and my items were exactly as purchased. The delivery guys were fantastic. Polite, quick and friendly. The follow up call was so quick on a couple of missing screws I was amazed. Definitely an A+ for everyone.
