I was honestly really disappointed in my service. I was really excited when I booked my appointment because I got assured that the picture of my hair from a couple years ago would be possible to achieve again. They said yes no problem. The day of the service I showed the picture again and they said yes no problem. And it turned out nothing like how I wanted it. They gave me false hope and I paid a lot of money to have to pay someone else to fix it and get me to my goal hair. Don’t recommend unfortunately for balayage
