A GOAT Cleaning did our move-out clean and carpet cleaning for us last week. They did an INCREDIBLE job! The house looked better than the day we moved in. The glass top stove and oven looked like brand new. The bathrooms were immaculate! I could go on and on. I highly recommend this company and will definitely work with them in the future. I hired them for a deep cleaning of my EMPTY home, and the service was far below standard. Even after they came back to fix the issues, the job was still not done properly. Basic things that should have been taken care of the first time were overlooked. For the price they charge, the quality is simply not worth it. I would not recommend using this company. I want to attach photos of the “deep clean” after they finished both times. I also want to emphasize that I spoke to the people cleaning the home in a very respectful manner expressing my concerns which felt like towards the end they just seemed bothered that I still kept pointing out things that were missed. My partner and I are very hardworking people so for someone to just take $425 like that really sucks because we aren’t the tiniest bit satisfied, and they unfortunately got that money by doing the bare minimum. They charged us $50 extra for excessive dust which you can see it will still missed in multiple areas of the home btw. Stove still has built up grime as you can see, and they also threw away the shower curtains without even asking if that was okay or not I found them in my trash bin outside the home. Please STAY FAR AWAY from this company there is much better ones out there that actually take pride in their work… this happened in Brownsburg, IN so anyone in that area please look elsewhere!!!!!!
