We have used Alexander Travel twice, and both times were disastrous. Our bookings were incorrect, leading to unexpected additional costs. On our most recent trip, we faced delays, and Alexander Travel was utterly unhelpful. We were left to deal with alternate flight plans and hotels on our own. To make matters worse, when we needed to file an insurance claim, they simply sent us a link to a 43-page PDF without offering any advice or help. They seem to have no regard for customer service, just taking our money and leaving us to fend for ourselves. Dealing with them and Apple Vacations was a nightmare.

We used Kathy at Alexander to book a trip to Scotland last year. It was wonderful! However, I don’t know what changed, but I’ve tried contacting her several times this year to help us with a Caribbean cruise. She sent me one email and said she would get back to me and she never did. I finally gave up and went with a different TA. I felt Alexander must not need my business so I went elsewhere.

We have booked several trips, from Disney World and 2 cruises with Kathy. Everything was perfect and handled just like a Professional Travel Agent that she is. We were working with Pam to book a cruise to Italy and Spain and after talking to her and with her knowledge, we decided on a European Ground Tour . She made that recommendation based on her and her customers experience and now were even more excited to go.
