Alexandra's Pizza Charlottetown

I ordered a pizza with chicken, but when I received it, there were no chicken pieces at all. When I called the store to report it, the staff were rude and told me I would have to bring the pizza back myself to get it replaced even though I live quite far away. They also refused to apologize or offer delivery of the correct order. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I am from Halifax and this is my third time eating here, and I make sure to come back every year. The paneer pizza, garlic fingers, aloo tikki burger, poutine and chicken wings are absolutely amazing! This time I also tried their gulab jamun cheesecake which is good.

Very welcoming environment, super creative on pizzas creation, and cleaning working staff and management. It’s worth it to try their butter chicken and Shawarma pizza for a new and special pizza taste experience! The veggie burger…. Oh you definitely gotta fall in love :)
