Jon O'HaraI rarely write reviews - but this place definitely deserves one! I started seeing Jazz at the end of 2023 after a recommendation from a family member. I am terrified of dentists but Jazz and the team are absolutely fantastic. I've seen several dentists both private and NHS, and non of them have had the 'patience of a saint' and the ability to make you feel at ease quite like Jazz and Ann. After having my initial appointment in 2023, I had to return for a tooth extraction. I was absolutely petrified, within 5 minuets I felt at ease, Jazz talked me through the process and put me in control. Unlike some other dentists where raising your hand or saying stop means "carry on", with Jazz stop means stop! He allows you catch you breath, calm down and continue. If you're really nervous, he'll schedule an appointment at the end of the day, enabling you to take all the time you need to relax and get comfortable. If any work needs doing, they explain things very carefully with no jargon or complicated talk, and when you have questions they answer them honestly and make you feel listened to. The receptionist has an incredible Nervous Patient Radar and can spot your nervousness a mile away. She makes conversation with you on a range of subjects to help distract you and pass the time whilst you wait. I still get nervous going to dentist - I don't think that will ever change, but I go knowing I will feel fine and in control within a couple of minuets of sitting the chair. I only wish I found this place sooner!! Couldn't recommend enough!
