Asalaam u alaikum to all of you. I would like to share here my experience with al fateh travel and tours and the support of the team. I have travelled to this spiritual journey for third time and this time my first experience with al fateh was good. I did not face any problem or challenge during my travel and accommodation. The support of team was exceptional. I would like to share my feedback from my experience: firstly, there was no communication gap. Rather, Mr. Hafiz Usamah and other members of team extended their full support for this journey. Secondly, the experience of madina's accommodation cannot be explained in words being exceptional. The make shift arrangement of accommodation in makkah was need of hour and although the hotel seemed not competitive to makarm al hijrah, however, the accommodation, room and atmosphere was good in the new hotel. The provision of spacious room satisfied our requirement. Not the least, I am thankful to Mr. hafiz Usamah brother for continously keeping track of our journey since our departure till arrival at Lahore. JazakAllah to Hafiz Usama, Al fateh travels and team. I chose alfateh travels for arranging umrah for my family ( 8 people including kids) right after ramadan. Trust me, if you are going with family with elders and kids and wants to have a piece of mind, alfateh should be the first and only option. I had a wonderful experience which not only includes their continous and incessant followups on daily basis but they provided exactly the same facilities and comforts which they committed. Lastly, really thankful to Mr tahir saleem who has remained in contact throughout my stay and kept on asking for any issues being faced on daily basis. Hats off to Alfateh team in every aspect.

Extremely disappointing experience. Like all, we were expecting professional guidance and accurate documentation. Unfortunately, the application was filled incorrectly and lacked key information, especially regarding ties to the home country, which is a critical factor. What’s even more concerning is that they seem to have the capability to present a genuine case as a fraudulent or weak one due to their negligence. There was no proper guidance provided throughout the process, and major blunders were made in the application that ultimately led to a visa rejection. This has not only caused financial loss but also emotional stress for our family. I do not recommend this agency for visa services, especially for sensitive applications like UK visitor visas.

Booked an Umrah package through Al-Fateh Tours and Travels. Really happy with their services. All the services committed by the Company were delivered on time. Mr Tahir, our contact person at the Company remained in contact with us throughout our Umrah trip and would seek regular feedback from us to make sure that we didn’t face any problems during our journey. We will InshaaAllah avail their services again as well for our travel requirements.
