The driver provided was safe, helpful, kind, on-time and took care of my groups the entire time. In particular, Abel was very communicative and helpful when deciding the type of vehicles needed for my group size, the duration of my trips and all the details needed for me to sit back and enjoy the ride. I would highly recommend Algarve Transportation Solutions Limited to anyone wanting the best service in this industry. I will definitely be using this company for all my future events.

Two weeks in advance, I had secured my booking for the 'meet and greet' service, accounting for both a Van and a Sudan. The audacity of your company, to proudly claim service excellence whilst leaving its customers high and dry, is simply jaw-dropping. Picture this: I land, elated and anticipatory, only to have my hopes dashed and my schedule ravaged within five bloody minutes of touchdown. An email, infuriatingly concise and scathingly casual in its wording, from one 'Gavin Riddel' of your team at HealthLync casually imparted the news that my pre-booked service was simply not showing up. The absence of any attempt at an explanation was a slap in the face, a bitter cherry atop the foul-tasting cake of your customer service. It's a wonder anyone in your office has the faintest understanding of courtesy, let alone the professionalism that ought to be a prerequisite for an organization that purports to provide transportation solutions. The unapologetic manner of your service breakdown not only managed to aggravate the dissatisfaction but also to paint a rather crystal clear picture of your company's true colours, one that is devoid of integrity and rampant with shambolic disarray. This debacle has been the epitome of gross disservice, a disgrace on the face of customer-centric businesses. Never before have I been treated with such contemptuous indifference. The woeful incompetence of Algarve Transportation Solutions has left an indelible mark on my memory, making your company a perfect blueprint for how not to conduct business in the service industry. Subjecting me to your company's repugnant inefficiency was an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. As such, I will vehemently discourage anyone contemplating the use of your services. Suffice it to say, I would rather walk barefoot over an expanse of hot coals than avail myself of your services again. To truly succeed in your field, it would be immensely wise to treat your clientele not as mere business transactions but as human beings deserving of respect and courtesy.

I was transported home from hospital after ankle surgery. Algarve is a great service, and I would highly recommend them. The driver was on-time, the vehicle was an SUV which was perfect for having a leg cast. I was transported home safely, and with dignity… Algarve was a huge breath of fresh air, during a very stressful time. Thank you Gavin, for your assistance and patience…. Very much appreciated…. I give Algarve…. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 three thumbs up. They were great and recommended. I will be calling them again for medical transports….So civilized!

Never seem to disappoint me, always a pleasure, I have experience an enjoyable drive on their Limo Bus to the Casino Niagara. and a strech Limo for an evening out.
