Aseel AsmarOne of the worst! They sell you broken stuff.. and when you go for a switch.. the employee just simply accuse you of the damage!! I cant believe how rude was that! "How come you didnt notice this when you bought it?" Excuse me if YOU THE SELLER didnt notice -or did and wanted to get done with the ruined stock- last time i checked am going to an authentic brand store and NOT a second hand store to douple check my goods before paying!.. but good to know...You sold us a scratched belt of a watch and we got it back for a replacement withen the 3 days you offer.. the employee (in Riyadh gallery branch) was so unprofessional we even suggested he just replace the belt and not the whole watch.. he refuses.. we even started going thro the watches on display to find a match and he kept saying "this one doesn't fit.. this one also"!! Dude! At least do your job! You should be giving us solutions not the other way around.. this is surely a last time to go near your store.. Please pick your front office carefully
