I’ve been coming to Align Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Centre for a few months now, and it’s honestly the best wellness clinic I’ve ever been to. The space is calming and beautiful, and the team is so knowledgeable and caring. I love that they offer chiropractic care, massage therapy, and acupuncture all in one place. It makes it easy to get everything I need for my body in one visit. My posture has improved, my tension headaches are gone, and I feel overall healthier and more balanced. Each practitioner takes the time to listen, explain what they’re doing, and personalize the treatment to your needs. You never feel rushed, and every session feels like it’s focused entirely on helping you feel your best. I can’t recommend Align enough for anyone looking to take care of their body, recover smarter, and just feel good overall.

The cutest clinic I’ve ever been to! Been struggling with some hip pain and I saw Krisha who took such good care of me. She took her time and asked lots of questions and worked on my hip with such care. She’s also been following up after treatment to make sure I’m doing alright. Love the place and will definitely be seeing Krisha again!
