Janet is an amazing Physio Therapist, I went to her with what I thought was a leg/knee issues but found out it was a nerve issue in my back, she gave me one simple exercise to perform and explains everything with great detail and easy to understand. I have struggled with chronic pain in my back and hips for months that seemed unexplainable. I had seen several professionals of various fields but no one seemed to be able to get to the root of the problem. By the time I saw Janet for the first time, I was hardly sleeping from the pain. I had no flexibility in my body, and nothing made my discomfort go away. I was just living with it, so I was desperate. Within just a few minutes she pinpointed what the problem was and honestly the relief I felt in knowing it was fixable made me cry. I’m now back riding my horse, sleeping in as long as I want, and enjoying life again. I just wanted to thank her for giving me back to me. Words cannot express my gratitude.
