I’ve worked with Steven for several years now, and I can say, without a doubt, he’s been life-changing. As a military veteran, a local business owner doing physical labor daily, a father of two, and a competitive Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, keeping my body healthy is everything. When I came to Steven, I was dealing with knee and back issues that ultimately led to surgeries. If I had found him earlier, I truly believe I could have avoided them. But thanks to his expertise, I’ve recovered stronger than I ever imagined. Steven’s not just a trainer—he’s like family. His new studio, Aligned Fitness in Pismo Beach, is where anyone serious about functional movement, pain-free living, and bulletproofing their body needs to be. I’ve been a gym rat for over a decade, I did a drop in at C5 to workout with a friend and here are some first impressions. This is the cleanest most orderly gym you may ever stepped foot in. Not only that but everyone had a personal relationship with the coach, unique programming to fit their goals and fitness level, and the coach would meander to give encouragement, advice, and corrections. Excellent facility, culture, and people - color me impressed
