I have always been nervous about Chiropractic, but Dr. Puumula and Dr. Kreps have been wonderful. They provided a treatment plan that took into account my symptoms and lifestyle as well as my hesitations (I'm a chicken about adjustments!). The treatment I have received for a variety of ailments has been lifechanging, in particular the fascial manipulation. I'm able to work, run, keep up with household renos, etc. without pain, and relief is immediate. Highly recommend these two for both folks who regularly see chiropractors, and for those new to this sort of treatment!

Dr Puumala is incredible. I hurt my knee skiing and Dr Puumala did Fascial Manipulation on the sore area. He was very knowledgeable, as he was working on my joint he was explaining what was happening. I highly recommend Alignment Chiropractic.
