Kapoor Sir has been wonderful for me. I was struggling with stress and anxiety, but whenever I attended the sessions, I came to know more about myself. There was negativity wired into me, which Sir helped me to eradicate. I was facing a bunch of negative thoughts, but the meditation practice and writing sessions have been phenomenal for me. I was also experiencing frequent difficulty in breathing and nervousness but this thing is cured now. I am still learning and progressing with him.
