If i could leave 0 stars I would! This establishment is so unprofessional and rude. When one of your employees couldnt assist me with my questions because of their rude and short answers, i received helped from mary the manager instead who was just as rude to me. Their bathrooms also smelled weird, not very clean.

They do great work here, but the employees seem very uninformed about procedures, and estimating pick up. We had to wait extra long because they had ran out of liberty high school patches and had not yet the decision when or if they were going to order more.

Would highly not recommend this store. We ordered a product and they gave us a completely different product and then refused to refund us because it was "custom made." The sales associate stopped answering calls and ignored emails from me and my supervisor. Completely unprofessional behavior.
