Great service, quality and care from our technician Michael Bravo. Initially we had requested work on our main water shut off, but wr also threw in some additional projects not initially on the plan. Michael was able to not only take care of our main issue, but tackled the other items with the same quality, care and attention. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend Michael for any of your future plumbing needs.

Called on a Sunday and the tech was out that day. I had an issue of a leaking pipe under our outdoor grill. The grill is on an enclosed peninsula on the back of our house so it was not easy to get to. Technician was able to replace the pipe will all copper piping to eliminate the electrolysis that created the pipe leak. Being a Sunday felt the cost was reasonable. Tech noted after completing the work the regulator to our house had failed so he was back the next day (Monday) to replace it. That was costly but good work isn’t cheap. I would recommend All City.

Talk about great/amazing/ fantastic service. The whole electrical team was AMAZING! Juan, Mikey, and George were absolutely great guys! They were nice and easy to get along with. They did great work and took great care of our belongings and house. They all worked together well and kicked butt doing our rewiring. The head of the project: Nathan, was super understanding with our needs, great communicator, and hard worker! He is a fantastic person and helped us establish a plans and quotes! Which he came up with 3 different options. (which was a rewiring on a 1950’s plaster home.) Nate gave us a time estimate of the rewiring for 6-7 days, but they got it done in 5! He would notify when he would be working, who would be (team members) included on those days as well as what time they would be arriving. He was rarely late and when he was he would notify us. The whole team would move all our items so we didn’t have to do the heavy lifting. They respected our cultural items and our space. They treated our home with care and respect. They cleaned up after themselves and kept the mess to the minimum (even with a plaster home). The permits are included with pricing so we didn’t have to worry. The patching work is also included. They did not have to tear up any walls which was great because that was one of our fears. We did go over our estimate that we established with them, but only because of the item we wanted. So we asked for dimmer in some parts of the house, as well as a fan in the bathroom and a couple of other things. I have had 3 projects done by All-City and each time was an easy process. They do wonderful work and take care of their customers. If I need any work done to our home and the company can provide, they’re the first ones I call.
