I had the pleasure of meeting with Craig and his wife yesterday. We sat and talked for 2 plus hours. They answered all of my questions as we discussed my vision and plans for my future endeavors. I had a long journey waiting for my perfect home. I lost my shot at buying the house that I had wanted more than anything for more than 2 years from things out of my control. Things couldn’t get any worse for me at the time. The house was on and off the market a lot and finally it sold to its new owners. Couple years go by and I heard the house may be going up for sale or auction, needless to say I had to act fast!! My brother had awesome results with his home buying experience and had recommended Justin at all seasons. He told Justin my situation and he told my brother he’ll take on the challenge! Justin an I had met and talked about options available for getting things done. He made countless phone calls and letters and messages and we got 99% to the finish line. Unfortunately the sellers decided they didn’t wanna sell anymore and left us high ‘n’ dry so back to the drawing board we went. Together we checked out a few homes I found interesting to replace my failed dream. Every home we looked at he was very thorough in looking at everything that may need attention and was very positive but NOT pushy in any way at all which is awesome. As fate would have it, on one crisp fall night a perfect home hits the market and I get a text from Justin sending me a link to check it out. Upon my due diligence, Justin had found THE BEST HOME that literally fit all my criteria. I told Justin we needed to see this house in person as soon as possible! Sure enough, he scheduled a showing as soon as we could! We went through the whole tour but this time it felt like it fit the bill, I told Justin in the living room I needed this home and we gotta find a way to make it work! We talked strategy outside shortly after the showing, and he started talking numbers and ideas of what happens next for our offer to be made, we made an offer that evening, got a counter offer one or two days later and BAM!!! WE DID IT!!!!! Justin got it done!!!!!!!! I have never been happier! That old home doesn’t have a place in my heart anymore. I can’t thank him enough for his patience, sense of urgency and his positive can do attitude. He had my back all throughout the whole journey. No matter how many countless questions I had or what, he answered em all and he left no stones unturned. Thank you Justin and thank you all seasons realty!!
