Our experience with this dental clinic was terrible. My husband had only one tooth extracted, but the insurance bill charged us for two teeth, even listing both specific tooth numbers. We emailed the clinic several times asking for an explanation and a solution, but they completely ignored us. No reply at all. We had to go there in person just to try to get an answer. When I went for a cleaning, it was also an awful experience. Only one person handled everything — cleaning, suction, and all other tasks — and she clearly didn’t have enough time. The suction kept pulling on the inside of my mouth and even caused a painful blood blister. I didn’t ask for compensation or complain at the time, but it was unacceptable. Now I’m seriously worried because my husband’s record incorrectly shows that he had two teeth extracted, which could cause future insurance problems. I honestly don’t understand why this clinic refuses to respond to emails or fix their own mistake. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

Southwood Dental Center is a great place to go for your dental check. I was well attended to at the clinic, and Kelvin, the dentist and Patricia, the hygienist who attended to me were very professional. They have the state-of-the-art equipment for dental examinations. I would recommend this great place in a heartbeat.

I had an appointment with my dentist today, and I just have to say — he is an absolute super-dentist! I came in feeling nervous about getting a tooth pulled, but he made the whole experience so smooth and painless. Seriously, the tooth was out in just a couple of minutes, and I didn’t feel a thing. His confidence, gentle approach, and professionalism made me feel completely safe and taken care of. I’m honestly still in shock at how quick and easy it was. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for your amazing work — you’re truly the best!
