This place is phenomenal. I called all ramped up because I needed it worked done in a timely fashion. The dispatcher, I forget her name, was lovely. She was able to get me scheduled within two days. They called me when they were an hour out. They sent Cruz R., he was extremely knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing and why. He was Fast and thorough. He was pleasant and my dog didn’t drive him crazy. He was trustworthy and honest. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone!

William (and another great technician whose name I didn’t catch) took care of a burnt outlet and-huge bonus-saved us from having to buy a brand new microwave! Both guys were incredibly polite, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They explained everything, got the job done efficiently, and were a pleasure to work with.
