This is the best gym in south Edmonton. Everyone here is super driven, the trainers are knowledgeable and accommodating of any and all fitness levels. There’s no mirrors, just powerlifting and Olympic lifting racks, a great amount of free weights and plenty of accessory machines. Matt and the team have done a phenomenal job of bringing this gym above and beyond the standard.

If what you want out of a gym is a simple, no-nonsense facility with top notch equipment, and a strong, dedicated community to inspire and support you, there's really no better place than Evolve. My favourite thing is the price - that simple no-nonsense facility comes with lower prices than competitors, AND you still get access to their other locations. Hard to beat.

Evolve is easily the best performance gym in all of Edmonton! The South location specifically has an amazing atmosphere and community where everyone is supportive of each other through all forms of training!
