I’ve been putting off having my tile cleaned for years and I finally took the plunge based on a recommendation. I’m so glad I went with this company because everything about the experience was A+, from our service person John, to the results of the job he did. They did all the tile in my house and I really wish I’d taken a picture before so I could compare the before and after. My tile and grout look brand now on this 17 year old house. Definitely read the bad reviews and WHY people left bad reviews before letting their overall rating deter you. The reasons, to me, weren’t great considering most of them didn’t even have the company do a job for them.

Dave & his crew did an awesome job prepping & completing our urethane coating with heavy flake & urethane clear coat. They brought an enclosed trailer with lock to put all our contents in while the process was being completed. Seen apt of epoxy painted floors here at Dell Webb but our looks the best!

I have used All Surface for two years for the carpet cleaning of my home and office, Dave is honest and fair with his assessment of flooring the expected results. He always does a great job. I used him for carpet and for upholstery cleaning, I hear his specialty is tile cleaning.

We hired this company to clean all our tile floors and seal the grout, clean and fix any pits in the grout in our master shower. The estimate was $755. After they were done I questioned the fact that the grout around the shower door was not cleaned/replaced. I was told that wasn't part of their job. He gave me the name of a man who could do it. Which I contracted - $125 - great job!!! About a month later I contacted ASRP because the grout in the shower that was repaired turned a darker color when wet. He said it probably hadn't cured yet. When I didn't agree with him and asked him to stop by he told me to google the name of the grout manufacturer and ask them. I commented he was the contractor and he should be able to answer the customer's questions not refer them to an 800#. He HUNG UP ON ME!! I googled the grout manufacturer and called them. I was told the grout was more than cured and that the contractor should have come back 7-10 days later and sealed the new grout as any seal put on at the time the grout was installed would not be effective. I called the contractor back - voice mail. Left a message about the above info and hung up. Then I called another time and told him that since he hung up on me he obviously did not want to talk to me so he could call on Monday and make arrangements to seal the grout with my husband since I was going to be out of town all week he wouldn't have to deal with me. It is now Friday - no call to my husband. His ad - if it's not clean it's "FREE" - how does that work when he has the check and he cashed it and he won't answer his phone. We never asked for money back - we only asked for/and expected to get what we paid for. Guess we'll go to Lowe's and buy a can of sealer and finish the job ourselves.
