5 out of 5. Jose the owner was as real as can be and made the process as easy as buying a new washing machine. They seem to take great care in inspecting and servicing these vehicles before they are made ready for sale. Jose took the time to text and call me answering all my questions about the car and giving a superb video inspection of everything in detail before we made the trip. Wonderful car, very fair price, zero pressure. Whatever nightmare dealership experience you have, this was the opposite. Would absolutely recommend.

I was very impressed from start to finish with my purchase experience. I work at a large luxury dealership in Oregon selling cars and I was treated with the same high level customer service that we are expected to provide. The team was willing to work with me troubleshooting problems, 3 months after the purchase because my credit union dropped the ball. The dealership was even willing to compensate me for a flat tire that I received driving the car just to ensure I was able to get home. I have never had a better experience buying a car and I’m quite impressed.

Amazing and helpful team. Explained everything to me they were doing and why they were doing it. Helped me get the car I wanted in my budget range as well helped me with a payment plan so I can effectively pay my car off. I've walked out more aware and knowledgeable of what I was buying.

Regarding warranty cancellation for 2005 ford mustang convertible. Line 5 says the pending cancellation will cancel once you send them the check that they apparently gave you for my warranty $1500-$2000 , they said once you send that back to them they can go ahead and proceed with the cancellation. Until then they say I am responsible . And you told me me I could cancel the warranty at any time. I would have never gotten the warranty if I knew that I was going to be responsible for money that they gave you . Maybe I would have been able to read all the stipulations if all the copies that you gave me ( besides the first 1-2 pages weren’t all completely faded.
