When I went in person it wasn’t too bad. Just like your typical fast pace downtown LA shop vibe. You make your order directly and they will ship. Shipping pricing is insane though. But never ever ever order online. I found this place through instagram. She asks to message her to place and order, but never responds. I get it, I bet there’s a lot of DMs. So I ordered on their website, well over a month prior to me needing the items. I got the confirmation and about a week later she responded through instagram. I mentioned I had already placed online, her response “hopefully they print it”. Left me uneasy because online shopping is what I do, never had I had an issue when I have confirmation. I call to confirm they got my order, after calling multiple times a nice gentleman says yes. One month later, still nothing. I call again, and again and again. Finally get an answer, this is now a week before I need these items. They finally say oh this happens a lot, we can just refund you. Literally no other options. I ask to just ship them, he says he can’t guaranteed I will get them in time. I ordered over a month prior for this reason. Anyway, they won’t ship if you use their website and just waste your time. Honestly just don’t order for shipping, not worth it

The worst experience of my life! Their costumer service is beyond bad. Instead of helping the employees are talking to each other and are very rude. They don’t care about their costumers and you should avoid going there. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Pretty chill place with a good variety of different toys and decorations. There were these light up butterflies that could work as decoration pieces for large events. That's one of the items that really spoke to me.
